fun fact: I once had a dream about being in a yoga class and woke up laughing because that would never happen! In February of 2018 following a back injury, I began taking classes at Skybird Yoga, and my life was forever changed by what I learned, but even more so by the friendship developed with Skybird Yoga's founder, Elizabeth Nuti. we delved into the techy world to create unique live-streaming experiences. This naturally led to creating content for her website and youtube channel.

In 2020, While the world was shut down, I spent a lot of time outdoors with my dear friend, Doreen Stelton. She was interested in creating videos so we took up editing and spent a season creating visuals. We both share a love of nature and meditation that organically blended into these creations.
